Thanksgiving Menu

This year's Thanksgiving menu was made largely from scratch and largely from local ingredients.  The herb-spiked stuffing was admittedly a boxed stuffing mix from Trader Joe's, spiked with fresh sage and thyme.  The steamed corn was little more than frozen kernels heated in the microwave.  But the links to everything else are provided.  It was a healthy, whole-foods feast fit for a king!

  1. You are one blogging superwoman. These look great! I especially want to try that green bean recipe. I, on the other hand, made it very clear that we would not be hosting any mega-meals this year and we are just contributing a homemade-by-kids pumpkin pie (largely inspired by yours!) to our extended family's belated Thanksgiving dinner tonight.

  2. I think you had the right idea!! I did so much cooking for Thanksgiving that it's been leftovers and frozen pizzas ever since. I hope you had a wonderful holiday!
